We currently deliver to 30 miles radius from our TWF DC facility only except VA.

 Due to COVID-19, our business currently does deliveries on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. From the day you place your order, it will be delivered in 1-3 business days. We do not accommodate same-day deliveries. We are packing our products on the same day as your delivery day.

 We are closed on Saturday and Sunday and offer no service on those days.

 Additionally, in light of COVID-19, we will be dropping off the product at your door to avoid person-to-person contact. Please let us know if you would like us to call or ring the doorbell once your product has arrived. This is for the safety of both you and our delivery drivers. Thank you for your cooperation.

 

Curbside Pick-up

True World Foods DC is offering our fresh seafood directly to customers through a Curbside Pickup. For customers who wish to pick up their order, we provide free pick-up service at our warehouse 3 days a week: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. As we follow the Maryland governor's executive order, we kindly request all visitors to wear face-covering upon contact with our employee for the safety under COVID-19 pandemic. The process to order and receive products is contactless and simple.

Please follow below steps for Curbside Pick-up order

1. Please order as many items as you wish.
2. Select the “Curbside Pick-up” option at check out.
3. Come to front entrance of our company and park your car at the designated place.
4. Ring the bell and let us know your name and order information.
5. Please go back to your car and wait for our employee.
6. Our employee will bring out your products to your car window or load to your car trunk.
