What is Toyosu Market (Tsukiji Market)?

One of biggest Seafood market ins Tokyo, Japan. TWF's Toyosu Express is the ultimate door-to-door service, delivering the highest quality fish directly to your restaurant from the Toyosu market.

What is Uni?

"Uni" or Sea Urchin has a graded based on its color, texture, and freshness. The premium-grade is a bright yellow/gold color with a sweet taste and firm texture that melts when you eat it. Japanese Uni is known for having the best grade of Uni. 

Pre-Order Note for Japanese Fish and Uni

After you place an order, we will make the order to True World Japan, our Japanese purchase operation unit. They will buy and ship the product to True World Foods, and we will deliver it to your home. Please note all orders with Japanese Uni will be delivered on Friday the week after the order is placed. Therefore, if you are ordering Japanese Uni, please set your delivery date for Friday of the next week (not on the Friday of the same week).  

For Strawberry, please place an order by Tuesday 11am for the Thursday and Friday of the next week for delivery!
